Kids at the Teen Fair

The kids at VWBPE this year were amazing! As the first year in which we held a teen fair component we may not have had the teens on the islands but they were there in spirit. They were also there in several other virtual worlds.

  • Lucas Gillispie’s WoW in schools students shared their learning from World of Warcraft and Ventrilo. They answered our questions and shared their triumphs.
  • Ines Ogura’s students shared their projects in displays that are still up on the two teen fair islands. Visit their comic books, amazing Mars Rover projects, and the intriguing water cycle and precipitation displays.
  • We also spoke with the enthusiastic students from ToMorrow Island as they showed and then demonstrated their paintball game.
